Plough plane

Need to run some grooves and not sure where to start? Paul shows how to sharpen and prepare the plough plane for use, before showing the basics of how to cut. There is no need to work the sides. A grooving plane, plow plane, or plough plane is a plane to make grooves and (with some of the metal versions) small rabbets. They are traditionally used for drawer bottoms or rear walls. Bay international sellers.

Standard plough cut Irons supplied with each plane. They also invented the “plouplane”, which was “Specifically designed to meet children’s requirements”.
